Only one that helps for me

I can only describe my skin as being made for the warmer southern hemisphere climes. Having lived in Northern Europe for nearly twenty-five years I suffer with very dry cracked skin in Winter when it may bleed also. This cream protects and prevents this happening forming a barrier that lasts all day. I use it on mostly face and hands. I have tried other similar brands and always revert back to Avene. I reached out after hearing a radio slot and was advised to get this cream for my 5 month old.. the problem has completely healed, so happy as she was suffering with really red angry patches on her cheeks that only steroid cream seemed to be clearing.
