Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

 

Terms of Service for Pre-Order Items 

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need when placing an order that includes pre-order items. 

  • Order Dispatch: If your order contains a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will only be dispatched once the pre-ordered item has arrived at our HQ for fulfillment. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

  • Expected Arrival Date: We will do our best to provide a clear expected arrival date for pre-order items on our website. This way, you can plan accordingly and know when to expect your order. 

  • Payment: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

  • Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.  

Product Availability 

While we strive to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of all products. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund. 

 

Subscriptions Policy 

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need when placing an order that includes items on subscription. 

Repeat Deliveries: When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. You will receive an email notification as a reminder prior to payment being collected, which will include an overview of your order and a link to manage your subscription. 

Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries based on the frequency you select as part of your subscription. If payment fails on the associated payment method, you will receive a notification of the failed payment. We will attempt to process the order a maximum of 3 times. If payment fails 3 times, your subscription will be cancelled. 

Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. 

Managing Subscriptions: If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. You can also manage your subscription when you log in to your customer account.
