We hope you're happy with your purchase from Nerd HQ, but if you change your mind, that’s perfectly fine.
Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@theskinnerd.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

To avoid any delays, please ensure your order number and full name are included with your return.
Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only and is closed at weekends and on bank holidays. When arranging your return, we recommend advising the courier or postal service of our opening days to avoid failed delivery attempts or delays.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited back to the card. Please allow time for processing depending on your bank.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If returning a product without a fault, you are responsible for return shipping. We will refund the product cost, but not the original delivery fee.
