Burst Tube of Conditioner was disappointing!

Pleased with the product however the tube of conditioner was burst in the box when I opened the package. This was very disappointing as a lot of an expensive product was lost. Perhaps there could be some padding inserted between the heavy bottle of shampoo and the tube of conditioner to prevent this happening during transport.
