Thank you for booking with our Nerds! We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so here’s everything you need to know if you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment.

72-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance.
If we don’t hear from you within this time limit, a €25 rebooking fee will apply.

• Just open the attachment, click the link, and choose a new time that works for you.

Follow-Up Consultations

You can reschedule or cancel follow-up consultations up to 72 hours before your appointment.

If you miss this window, your €25 redeemable fee cannot be returned as a voucher, and a €25 rebooking fee will apply.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment, it will be cancelled. To reschedule, a €25 fee will be required.

Pre-Consultation Form

We require a Pre-Consultation Form to be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Failure to submit this form will result in cancellation, and a €25 fee will apply to rebook.

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment on short notice, we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible.
This email will include a link to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
