Refunds and Returns Policy
Here at Nerd HQ, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you can return any products purchased, as long as they are unopened, unused, and in the condition in which you received them, within 14 days of your order being made.
Damaged or Faulty Products: If products arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund them when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to hello@theskinnerd.com or via our Live Chat.
Returns Process: For any faulty or damaged products, our helpful customer service team will assist in facilitating the return of the damaged item free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.
Returning Products: Any products you wish to return, whether within the 14-day cooling-off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to the address below. Please include your order number and name with all items returned so that our warehouse can process these without delay.
Customer Responsibility: If there is no fault with the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us. The initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
Refunds: For any refunds due, we will refund the money back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal), and this may take a short period of time to process, depending on the banks involved. If a gift card was used for full or partial payment, any refunds due will be credited to the gift card until the total value is reached.
