What is it?

Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Optimale Light is a hydrating moisturiser to protect the skin from daily aggressions and help prevent skin ageing caused by the sun. 
Based on Meiboserin which limits the evaporation of the Avene Thermal Spring Water from the skin and Lipomucine® which increases coverage across the skin.

It also contains sebo-absorbing capsules (2%) for a light mattifying effect and a matte finish. Paraben free.

How to use it?

Spread a small amount of Hydrance LIGHT onto your fingertips, dab it onto the face and neck and smooth it in with your fingertips.
