No chance I could swallow these! And I can’t return them as they are opened. Disappointing to have spent so much only on them and the alternatives were even more expensive and not the same ingredients so I didn’t bother.

Have been taking them for approx 10 days now - unfortunately i find there is a bit of a terrible aftertaste from them - can last a little while during the day. But they are good value for money. Not sure if i would buy this product again though!
