Ordering Environ 

Due to the high concentration of active ingredients in the Environ range, new customers and those purchasing a product they haven’t bought from us before need to complete a consultation form. You will also need to fill out this form if you haven't done so in the last 3 months. This form will be emailed to you after your order is placed or can be accessed here. Please note, your order will not be released until we receive your completed form. Here is the link for your form: - Environ Skincare Form 

 

Ordering Alumier 

  • Due to the active nature of some Alumier products, we are not permitted to sell this range directly online. We need to consult with you to help you begin or continue your Alumier Skin journey. You can book your 1:1 Virtual Skin Consultation with one of our qualified skin experts here.  Book Your Personalised Online Skin Consultation 

 

Ordering DMK 

Due to DMK products' active nature, we are not allowed to sell this range online. It is advised that you book a 1:1 Skin Consultation with one of our qualified skin therapists for the best advice. Alternatively, please contact us below and confirm if you are already using DMK and the products you are ordering, and where they were prescribed to you. We can then send you a payment link for any products you wish to purchase. 

To do this, we will need:

  • Your phone number 

  • The list of products you wish to purchase
