We’re so glad you’re considering a consultation with our Nerds! To make sure your appointment is safe, suitable, and tailored to your needs, please take a moment to review the following:

✅ Who We Can Help

Our consultations focus on aesthetic skincare. We’re here to support your skin health — especially if you're already under medical care.

❌ Conditions We Don’t Treat Directly

  • Perioral Dermatitis
  • Seborrheic Dermatitis
    We can still support your overall skin health if you’ve been diagnosed.

✅ Conditions We Can Support Alongside GP Care

  • Acne (moderate to severe)
  • Rosacea
  • Psoriasis
  • Eczema
  • Under oncological care (with a permission letter from your specialist)

⚠️ Other Important Notes

  • Undiagnosed rashes or plaques: Please consult your GP before booking.
  • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: We’re happy to tailor your routine to be pregnancy-safe.
  • Age Restrictions: Consultations are available for clients aged 12+. Under 16s must attend with a parent or guardian.

💳 Appointment Fee

  • Our consultation fee is non-refundable if booked outside our treatment scope. Please review the criteria above before confirming.

🔄 Flexibility Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:

  • 72-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a €25 rebooking fee.
  • Online Rescheduling: You can reschedule anytime via your booking portal — just make sure it’s outside the 72-hour window.
  • Follow-Up Consults: These can also be changed up to 72 hours before. After that, your €25 redeemable fee becomes a rebooking fee.
  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment, it will be cancelled and a €25 fee will apply to rebook.
  • Pre-Consultation Form: Please submit this at least 5 hours before your appointment. If not received, your appointment will be cancelled and a €25 rebooking fee will apply.
  • If We Cancel: Should we need to cancel on short notice, we’ll email you with a link to reschedule at no extra cost.
