fabÜ R&R RELAX is a unique supplement with 8 active ingredients. R&R RELAX is a beautiful blend of the ayurvedic herb, Ashwagandha and botanical extracts of Melissa, L-Theanine from green tea and chamomile. It also contains B vitamins and magnesium.

It was formulated and developed using botanicals that have been traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines for thousands of years to calm and relax. Magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin B5 and Vitamin B3 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, support psychological function, the nervous system, and mental performance.

How to use it?

Take two capsules in the evening one to two hours before bed OR take one capsule twice daily.
